What are the different staking programs?
Collection based Reward VS Attribute based Rewards
When creating a staking program, there are 2 kinds you can choose from:
Collection based staking program
Attribute based staking program
Collection Based Staking Program
This staking program is relevant for projects who are looking to set a fixed reward per group of NFTs in their collection. Before publishing a collection based staking program, you can define the daily reward per sub-collections under your entire collection.
For example, if wish to hold 1 single staking contract for both gen1 and gen2 collections, you can upload a hashlist of each one and define the daily rewards and discord roles the users will receive for staking each collection!
In order to set a single daily reward per NFT staked for your entire collection, upload in 1 hash your entire collection.
Attribute Based Staking Program
This staking program is relevant for projects who are looking to reward staking based on the NFT's attributes and traits. After uploading the hashlist of the entire collection, DiamondVaults will automatically show the attributes listed in the metadata of the NFTs and all possible traits of each attribute. Not only that, you will be able to see the rarity of each trait of an attribute and set the daily reward per trait of an attribute.
By setting up different rewards per trait for each attribute, users will be rewarded differently! for staking rarer NFTs users can get a higher amount of tokens per day than users staking common NFTs.
